Here at ITS Exam Services we are able to provide invigilation and proctoring services for students in this position. Our invigilation services can really help you if you find yourself in this situation. We have invigilated and proctored exams for students attending a range of UK, USA and Australian universities. For a small fee, ITS can provide an exam venue, a supervisor and a secure method for your institution to have confidence in the integrity of the exam process.
The Process
Students usually contact ITS Exam Services. We will fill out the form supplied to you by your institution or give you the required details for you to send off. We will also ask you to fill in a booking form, so we’ve got updated contact information for you, just in case there is a problem on the testing day. After this, the institution will deal with ITS Exam Services directly – sending us the papers and the instructions for administering the exam as well as returning it to them.
You contact us with your availability for sitting the exam and we will book an exam venue and supervisor. We will also send you an invoice for the invigilation. On exam day, you arrive in good time and the exam will be conducted under the conditions prescribed by the institution. Once the exam is completed, the paper will be returned to the institution in a timely manner. Computer based exams, submitted through email, are also available through ITS Exam Services
